I approach information complexity by understanding the interaction of objects within an ecosystem.

By methodically dissecting parts of the whole, I discover a reality of how a system functions — a brand and its arrangement of storytelling touch points to identifying what products fail to deliver client utilitarian needs.

This approach of repeatedly by ‘zooming in and out’ while looking at both the strategic whole and its smaller parts is my method to discovering new design challenges, opportunities, and most importantly: where to prioritize.

In flexible succession are phased activities and deliverables that enable me to appropriately preserve a level quality in the data once distillation begins. They outline the human-centred design process which I’ve been trained in — to which I iterate and repeat over time to better understand both the client and end user needs.

Listed below are specific areas that I have co-created with others in defining strategic objectives, tactical plans to execution:

Frame and reframe problems by organizing and distilling the information into digestible insights.
